Brian Irwin, NIFDA Chairman, and Michael Bell, Executive Director, met with Lord Ian Duncan this week at the new Finnebrogue facility in Down Business Park. Lord Duncan is the Permanent Under Secretary of State for the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and for the Northern Ireland Office.  It was a welcome opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
